HOW DOES OGO WORK? First you understand and agree to our order terms and conditions listed below. We ask manufacturers to give us the best price for a certain quantity of buyers. We pass this price along to you, generally the wholesale cost of the product and then we add the shipping/handling cost to get the products from us to you. We try very hard to keep all costs down. And, we try to find products you and your friends want!
WHEN ARE YOU CHARGED FOR OGO? We charge you the day the OGO order is placed with the manufacturer for the products you expressed interest in. This is before the order ships directly to you. Sometimes, we may even require a deposit on certain items. We will try to keep you as informed as possible on transaction events. This includes notifying you 24 hours before the ordering opportunity closes, telling you that we will charge you for the item unless you cancel before the order is placed. Once the OGO order is placed you can not cancel your order.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? We ship from our Aspen, Colorado USA offices. You will have a choice of shipping methods and there will be a slight handling charge to cover items such as shipping box, labels and labor, etc.
WHY IS OGO BETTER THAN PLACING A REGULAR ORDER? OGO is a better purchasing option, if you have the time and if you have a group of people who want similar items. Hopefully we can give you color, size and style choice – it is up to the manufacturer to tell us what is available and selected for OGO. Sometimes we are limited in product offering. Sometimes we have a limited supply or closeout item. Sometimes we just get a great price for a limited period of time. We try very hard to get you the best items for the best price, with OGO, we take advantage of volume discounts for even greater savings.
WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES AND EXCHANGES As listed in our Ordering Terms and Conditions, we stand behind the products we sell. However, things happen and if a manufacturer warrants and guarantees their products, we help you with defective merchandise. We will try to exchange a size or color for you, if available. Please recognize you will be charged for all shipping/handling charges and you may have to pay a surcharge for the exchange. We will try to give you all that information as it becomes available. OGO ORDERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. You agree and understand that in order to purchase OGO we need to meet minimum order thresholds and this order quantity must be met for us to place the order.
3. You agree to fill out our request for information accurately.
4. You agree to pay for your purchase(s) one day before the OGO is placed. You order will be shipped to you in a timely manner and in accordance with your pre-paid shipping preference. You will be paying for the shipping and handling to you. You can not cancel the order, once it is placed. However, should a threshold not be attained, you will not be charged for the order unless a non-refundable deposit has been made.
5. You agree that should a deposit be taken this may or may not be refundable to you. You will be given notice of deposit and refund ability and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order before a charge is made to you. Once a charge has been made, you can not cancel your order.
6. You agree that Direct Connect Marketing LLC, ChoicePetProducts.com or ChilsonRoth LLC is not liable for any loss, including but not limited to money, goodwill, property or other damages, now or in the future. It is your responsibility to purchase insurance for the postage/shipping of products. You agree to hold harmless the above named companies.
7. You agree and understand that OGO relies on volume to be able to offer the product at its cost. Should an item not reach the volume threshold, you will be refunded any payments for that product, in a timely manner and in accordance with common refund principles.
8. All OGO participants will get an separate e-mail detailing the order placement, ship to location, closing date and payment date.
9. There are no extensions of deadlines or order closing dates.
