DEFECTS Thank you for purchasing our products. We do guarantee our products from defect and you must call us immediately on +1.970.920.9400 if there is a defect with an item. We will ask you to return the defective product promptly, return postage paid and insured by you, to our return department. Once we receive said item, we will then send you a replacement.
RETURNS are by permission only. Should you wish to return an item, you must call us on +1970.920.9400 within 5 days from the date you received the item. We only accept unopened and unused merchandise, in saleable condition, for return. The item(s) will need to be immediately returned to us at your expense, using a traceable and insured shipping method. You will be charged a $15 restocking fee, and you will be charged for the original shipment to you. We do not give refunds; we only issue credit towards a future purchase. Upon our receipt of the returned item, we will then issue the credit and send you a letter of confirmation of credit. This credit will be valid for one year from the date you placed your original order. We reserve the right to not replace or issue credit due to negligence or circumstances beyond our control.
ALL COLLAR & HARNESS ORDERS are considered special orders and you are responsible for purchasing the correct size for your pet. While we do accept exchanges, for credit only, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs. The item(s) will need to be immediately returned to us at your expense, using a traceable and insured shipping method. Upon receipt of said item(s), we will then issue you either a credit or new merchandise. All other sales terms and conditions apply.
RETURNED CHECKS or credit card charge backs are subject to a $35 bank fee and interest accrued.
DROP SHIP ORDERS can not be cancelled after item(s) have shipped and you are responsible for the item(s) should they be shipped uninsured. We will need to keep your credit card information on file, and should payment not be made online, you agree to be charged for the item(s) including all shipping and handling charges. Drop ship items are subject to a drop ship fee.
